Il Qi Gong del lavaggio dei midolli lavora sull’attivazione dei Jing e della Yuan Qi. Gli esercizi sono per lo più di contrazione e compressione fisica con l’intento di compattare il Jing ed attivarlo per dirigerlo verso l’esterno. L’intento è quello di lavare e depurare l’organismo dalle “scorie”, cioè dai fattori patogeni. Lavorare sul Jing permette di attivare i visceri straordinari (in particolare le ossa, il cervello e l’utero); i meridiani straordinari e i meridiani distinti. Il Qi Gong del lavaggio dei midolli viene spesso utilizzato per trattare l’infertilità, i disturbi dell’apparato genitale, le patologie autoimmuni o da deficit immunitario. Lavorare sul Jing di trasformare lo stato di coscienza aiutando il passaggio alchemico dagli aspetti più materiali e fi sici (legati al Jing) a quelli spirituali (legati allo Shen).

The marrow-washing qi gong works on the activation of the Jing and the Yuan Qi. The exercises are largely about physical contraction and compression, with the aim of compacting the Jing and mobilising it so as to direct it outwards. The purpose is that of cleansing and purifying the organism from any residue, that is, from any pathogenic element. Work on the Jing allows the activation of the extraordinary viscera (especially the bones, the brain and the uterus), the extraordinary meridians and the distinct meridians. The marrow washing qi gong is often used for the treatment of infertility, the genital system, autoimmune diseases, immunodefi ciency. Work on the Jing allows a transformation of the state of consciousness by facilitating the alchemic passage from the most material and physical domain (associated with the Jing) to the most spiritual one (associated with the Shen).
